Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Department
The Plastic Surgery Department of "IZMIRLIAN" MEDICAL CENTER has been operating since 1999. It was one of the first in the Republic of Armenia. In 2004 the department was divided and became the Plastic Surgery Service within the Department of Otolaryngology.
In 2014-2016, due to the large flow of patients, a decision was made to create two separate departments: Otolaryngology and Plastic Surgery.
Today, Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Department has three plastic and one maxillofacial surgeon.
The head of the department is Gevorg Karapetyan.
The department is equipped with equipment that meets international standards.
The department implements a full range of plastic surgeries: facial plastic surgery, nose, ear, eyelid surgery, facial skin, neck lift, breast plastic surgery, abdominal wall and thigh plastic surgery.
They are performed using surgical and cutting-edge technologies such as liposuction, which corrects body contours and changes skin quality standards.
During and after the war, the Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Department of "IZMIRLIAN" MEDICAL CENTER served a large number of servicemen.
